Andreas founded Proper Recruitment in 2023, building on over 18 years of experience across the property and construction industries. Andreas has cultivated a powerful network of leading property professionals, developers, and senior figures in both the legal and construction sectors.

Before launching Proper Recruitment, Andreas held senior consultancy roles supporting the delivery of significant schemes in London, including; The Shard and the redevelopment of Debenhams on Oxford Street. His background brings first-hand knowledge of project delivery, team structures, and the technical demands placed on high-performing organisations.

Andreas provides strategic hiring advice to clients, helping them shape talent acquisition plans aligned to business goals. He works closely with leadership teams to identify gaps, and deliver recruitment strategies that drive long-term value. His role also involves supporting internal recruitment processes, advising on role scoping, and aligning hires with evolving market demands. With a client-centric mindset, he ensures every search is tailored to the unique needs of each organisation, combining deep market insight with a relationship-led approach to consistently deliver results.

Outside of work, Andreas enjoys travelling the Greek Islands, cooking, keeping active in the gym, is a lifelong Arsenal fan and has recently taken up Padel.
