About the Role
Role: Lettings Negotiator
Location: Central London
Proper Recruitment have proudly been tasked with sourcing a motivated, go getter on behalf of one of the UK's largest independent estate agents who are looking for a lettings negotiator to join their team in Central London.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Conducting viewings and market appraisals
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Providing expert advice to clients
- Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets
- Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience in lettings; ARLA a bonus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Anti money laundering checks
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
Salary:
- £20,000 - £22,000 per annum.
On Target Earnings [OTE]
- £40k - £45k
Tenure:
- Full-Time
