About the Role
Role: Lettings Negotiator
Location: Prime Central London
Proper Recruitment are working with a reputable independent estate agent in Prime Central London, known for their strong market presence and high-performing team. They are now looking for a driven Lettings Negotiator to join their successful office.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Conducting viewings and market appraisals
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Providing expert advice to clients
- Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets
- Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Anti money laundering checks
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- A full UK driving licence
Salary:
- Up to £23,500 per annum.
On Target Earnings [OTE]
- £50k+
