Role: Tenancy Progressor
Proper Recruitment have an exciting Tenancy Progressor opportunity available for an stand out independent Estate Agent in East London. The ideal candidate with have experience within this role.
Responsibilities:
- Pre-tenancy documentation
- Tennant Referencing
- Pre-tenancy checks
- Drawing up Tenancy Agreements
- Arranging Safety Certs (GSI, PAT, ESI etc)
- Coordinating Pre move in works
Requirements:
- Min 1 year experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, organisational and administrative skills
- Must thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Salary:
- Circa £30,000 - £35,000
On Target Earnings [OTE]
- £40k+
