About the Role
Role: Senior Lettings Negotiator
Location: Central London
Proper Recruitment are working with an established property business who are looking for a driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Central London.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Conducting viewings and market appraisals
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Providing expert advice to clients
- Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets
- Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends
- Anti money laundering checks
Requirements:
- 1+ Year experience conducting market appraisals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Own car
- Full UK drivers licence
Salary:
- £22,000 - £25,000 per annum [inclusive of car allowance]
On Target Earnings [OTE]
- £40k - £45k
