About the Role
Role: Sales Negotiator
Location: North London
Proper Recruitment are working with a UK-wide independent estate agent who are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their market-leading office in North London.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Conducting viewings and market appraisals
- Negotiating offers and closing sales
- Providing expert advice to clients
- Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets
- Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, preferably within the property sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- A full UK driving licence
- Own Car
Salary:
- £20,000
On Target Earnings [OTE]
- £60k+
