About the Role
Role: Sales Negotiator
Location: East London
Proper Recruitment are proud to be working with a successful independent estate agent who are looking for ambitious talent to join their successful team as a Sales Negotiator.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Conducting viewings and market appraisals
- Negotiating offers and closing sales
- Providing expert advice to clients
- Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets
- Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 Year within property
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- A full UK driving licence
Benefits:
- Pool Car or Car Allowance
On Target Earnings [OTE]
- £50k - £55k
