About the Role
Role: Sales Negotiator
Location: Essex
Tenure: Full-Time | Monday-Saturday | 5 Day Week
Proper Recruitment are delighted to be working with a very successful family-run independent estate agent in Essex, known for their personal touch and strong reputation in the local market. They are now looking for a driven sales negotiator to join their friendly and high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Conducting viewings and valuations
- Negotiating offers and closing sales
- Providing expert advice to clients
- Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets
- Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- A Full UK driving licence
- Must have your own car
Salary:
- £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
Benefits:

On Target Earnings [OTE]:
- Circa £40k
