Role: Residential Property Paralegal
Location: North London
Tenure: Full Time | Office Based | Monday - Friday.

Our client has entrusted Proper Recruitment to source a hardworking and talented Property Paralegal to join the conveyancing team at their busy firm in North London.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting conveyancing solicitors in managing their caseloads; creating and organising client files using a legal case management system.
- Undertaking tasks to support the team and providing general admin support.
- Liaising with clients, lenders, agents, and solicitors.
- Running your own files
- Registering Stamp Duties
- Taking on responsibility within a close-knit team and helping

Requirements:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, and administrative skills.
- Resourceful, proactive and apply initiative to problem solve.
- Able to confidently liaise with clients and third parties.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Must be experienced at multi-tasking, dealing confidential documents, and taking responsibility for managing and effectively prioritising workload.
- Must thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment.

Experience & Qualifications:
- Must have A* - C grade GCSE’s and A Levels.
- Must have obtained a 2:1 or 1st class undergraduate degree.
- Minimum 2 years experience within conveyancing - must understand the conveyancing process from start to completion and post completion.
- Prior experience working in a Paralegal, Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant role is essential.
- Prior experience or familiarity with a legal case management system is advantageous.

Salary:
- £27,000 - £32,000 per annum
