💼 Full-time | Salary: £70,000 – £80,000+ [DOE]

Responsibilities:

- Handle a wide variety of property disputes, including; Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes (rent recovery, possession, forfeiture). Enforcement of easements, rights of way, and restrictive covenants. Beneficial interest disputes. Party wall disputes
- Manage your own caseload with autonomy while working collaboratively within the team
- Support the team’s growth through business development and building client relationships
- Provide clear, practical advice to clients on complex property litigation matters
- Participate in networking and contribute to the firm’s continued success

Requirements:

- 5–10 years PQE in property litigation
- Proven expertise in landlord and tenant disputes and general property litigation
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Commercially minded with the ability to assist in generating new business
- Team player with excellent initiative and problem-solving skills
- Experience in construction disputes is a plus [but not essential]

Experience & Qualifications:

- Must have obtained a 2:1 or 1st class undergraduate degree.
- 5+ years PQE with experience in property dispute resolution.

Salary:

- £70,000 - £80,000 per annum
