About the Role
Role: Lettings Negotiator
Proper Recruitment are delighted to be working with one of the UK's largest independent estate agencies as they search for a Lettings negotiator to join their successful team in South West London.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Conducting viewings and market appraisals
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
Providing expert advice to clients
- Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets
- Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends
Requirements:
- 6 months experience in lettings; ARLA a bonus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Anti money laundering checks
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
Salary:
- £20,000 - £22,000 per annum
On Target Earnings [OTE]:
- £40k - £45k
