About the Role
Role: Lettings Manager
Proper Recruitment are delighted to be working with a large independent estate agent that operate UK wide who are looking a Lettings Manager to join their successful team in Prime Central London.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Conducting valuations
- Generate new business
- Oversee day to day management of the team
- Providing expert advice to clients
- Leading the sales team to deliver excellent customer service and support with achieving targets
- Setting KPI's for the team
- Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends
Requirements:
- At least 5 years managerial experience in lettings
- Ample understanding of lettings legislation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service skills
Ability to lead a team
- Deliver clear and concise instructions
- A full UK driving licence
