Role: Family Associate / Senior Associate
Location: North London

Are you a confident Family Law Solicitor looking to join a forward-thinking and supportive firm where your work is truly valued?

We’re working with a well-respected and dynamic High Street Law firm with a fantastic culture, strong team ethos, and a reputation for excellence across Family legal services.

They’re now seeking a Family Solicitor with 4–6 years PQE to come in at Senior Associate level to their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in both legal work and business development, and wants to be part of a firm that genuinely supports growth.

Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied caseload of private family law matters, including:
- Financial remedies
- Children Act matters
- Pre-/post-nuptial agreements
- Advising clients with empathy and clarity
- Contributing to the team’s development through business development and networking
- Working closely with colleagues across the firm in a collaborative environment
- Experience with TOLATA cases would be a strong advantage

Requirements:
- 4–6 years PQE in Family Law
- Strong knowledge of financial and children matters
- Someone commercially aware, with confidence in business development
- A great team player who shares the firm’s values of integrity and care

Experience & Qualifications:
- Must have obtained a 2:1 or 1st class undergraduate degree.
- 4+ years PQE
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality client service
- A personable and collaborative approach within a growing firm

Salary:
- £65,000 - £75,000 per annum
