Role: Block Manager

Proper Recruitment are proud to be supporting a successful and well-established independent estate agency in North West London with their search for an experienced Block Manager to join their growing property management team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated block management professional to take ownership of their own portfolio within a supportive and dynamic business.

Responsibilities:
- Managing a residential block portfolio with properties varying in size.
- Acting as the main point of contact for leaseholders, freeholders, and contractors.
- Dealing with day-to-day client issues and ensuring timely, effective resolutions.
- Carrying out site inspections and overseeing contractor works.
- Assisting with the preparation and issuing of service charge budgets.
- Liaising closely with internal accounts teams.
- Supporting with Section 20 major works.
- Attending residents’ meetings and AGMs.
- Ensuring Health & Safety compliance across managed sites.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Block / Residential Property Management role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high service levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- IRPM qualification desirable but not essential (support available).

Salary:
- £35,000 – £45,000 per annum [DoE]
