About the Role
Role: Associate Lettings Negotiator
Location: North London
Proper Recruitment have been tasked with sourcing an experienced lettings professional on behalf of one of the UK's largest independent estate agents who are looking for an Associate Lettings Negotiator to join their office in North London.
The ideal candidate will have experience conducting lettings market appraisals.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Conducting viewings and market appraisals
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Providing expert advice to clients
- Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets
- Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends
Requirements:
- Experience in lettings; ARLA a bonus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Anti money laundering checks
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- A full UK driving licence
- Must have your own car
Salary:
- £22,500 - £25,000 per annum.
On Target Earnings [OTE]
- 50k - £55k
