Role: Sales Negotiator

Proper Recruitment are searching for a highly motivated sales negotiator on behalf of one of London's most successful independent estate agents for their Chiswick branch in West London.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients

• Conducting viewings and valuations

• Negotiating offers and closing sales

• Providing expert advice to clients

• Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets

• Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, preferably within the property sector

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to work well in a team and independently

• A full UK driving licence

Salary:

The basic salary for this role is £20,000 per annum, plus a competitive commission structure. With on target earnings, in the region of £50k.
