Role: Sales Negotiator
Proper Recruitment are excited to be working with one of London’s largest independent estate agents to assist with sourcing a sales negotiator for their top performing office in Earlsfield, South West London.
Responsibilities:
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
Conducting viewings and market appraisals
Negotiating offers and closing sales
Providing expert advice to clients
Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets
Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends
Requirements:
Experience in sales, preferably within the property sector
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work well in a team and independently
A full UK driving licence
Salary:
£20,000
On Target Earnings [OTE]
£60k+
