Role: Sales Negotiator

Proper Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a well known agency with offices across the UK who are looking for a sales negotiator to join their busy team in New Cross, South East London.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients

  • Conducting viewings and valuations

  • Negotiating offers and closing sales

  • Providing expert advice to clients

  • Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets

  • Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, preferably within the property sector

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Ability to work well in a team and independently

  • A full UK driving licence and your own car

Benefits:

  • 5 day working week [day off in the week]

Salary:

  • £18,000 - £20,000 per annum

On Target Earnings [OTE]

  • £45k - £50k
