Role: Sales Negotiator

Proper Recruitment are excited to offer a sales negotiator opportunity for a leading independent estate agent who are looking for a bright and energetic individual to join their busy branch in Bromley, South-East London.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients

  • Conducting viewings and market appraisals

  • Negotiating offers and closing sales

  • Providing expert advice to clients

  • Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets

  • Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, preferably within the property sector

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Ability to work well in a team and independently

  • A full UK driving licence

Salary:

  • £20,000

On Target Earnings [OTE]

  • £55k - 60k
