Role: Lettings Negotiator

Proper Recruitment are delighted to be working with a large independent estate agent that operate UK wide who are looking a Lettings negotiator to join their successful team in West Hampstead, North West London.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients

• Conducting viewings and market appraisals

• Negotiating offers and closing deals

• Providing expert advice to clients

• Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets

• Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends

Requirements:

• Experience in lettings; ARLA a bonus

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Anti money laundering checks

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to work well in a team and independently

• A full UK driving licence

• You must have your own car

Salary:

• £18,000 - £22,000 per annum

Benefits:

• Car Allowance

On Target Earnings [OTE]:

• Circa £45k
