Role: Sales Negotiator

Proper Recruitment are proud to offer a sales negotiator opportunity in Harringay, North London for one of the UK's largest independent estate agents and their market leading office.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients

• Conducting viewings and valuations

• Negotiating offers and closing sales

• Providing expert advice to clients

• Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets

• Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, preferably within the property sector

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to work well in a team and independently

• A full UK driving licence

• Must have your own car

Salary:

• £20,000 per annum

On Target Earnings [OTE]:

• Circa £70k
