Role: Senior Sales Negotiator

Proper Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of one of London's largest independent estate agents as they are on the hunt for a senior sales negotiator to join their successful team in Islington, North London.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients

• Conducting viewings and valuations

• Negotiating offers and closing sales

• Providing expert advice to clients

• Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets

• Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, preferably within the property sector

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to work well in a team and independently

• A full UK driving licence

Salary:

The basic salary for this role is £20,000 per annum. With on target earnings [OTE], in the region of £50k - £55k.

There is an option of using the pool car or if you have your own car then you will be given a car allowance with this role.
