Role: Senior Sales Negotiator

Proper Recruitment are recruiting for a senior sales negotiator role on behalf of a well established agency in Haringey, North London. The successful candidate will be joining a company that boasts having an excellent market share and a long standing foothold in a sought-after London borough.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients

• Conducting viewings and market appraisals

• Negotiating offers and closing sales

• Providing expert advice to clients

• Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets

• Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends

Requirements:

Experience in sales, preferably within the property sector

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong customer service skills

Ability to work well in a team and independently

A full UK driving licence and your own car

Salary:

The basic salary for this role is £18,000 - £25,000 per annum. With on target earnings [OTE] in the region of £50k
