Role: Lettings Negotiator

Proper Recruitment have proudly been tasked with sourcing a motivated, go getter on behalf of one of the UK's largest independent estate agents who are looking for a lettings negotiator to join their team in Islington, North London.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients

• Conducting viewings and market appraisals

• Negotiating offers and closing deals

• Providing expert advice to clients

• Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets

• Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends

Requirements:

• Experience in lettings; ARLA a bonus

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Anti money laundering checks

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to work well in a team and independently

• A full UK driving licence

• You must have your own car

Salary:

£20,000 per annum.

On Target Earnings [OTE]:

£35k
