Role: Property Renewals Manager
Are you an experienced property renewals manager with leadership skills, good initiative and is used to a fast paced environment? Then this role is perfect for you! Proper Recruitment are assisting one of our estate agent clients with sourcing a Property Renewals Manager for their branch in North London.
Responsibilities:
Developing and maintaining relationships
Facilitating tenancy renewals
Providing tenancy paperwork in accordance with legislative requirements
Maintaining a high renewal rate
Providing expert advice
Delivering on department KPIs
Keeping clients up to date on the lates legislation and any changes to lettings compliance
Requirements:
Experience in property renewals [1+ years]
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong customer service skills
Enjoy working at a fast pace with high volumes
Enjoy working in a target driven environment.
Salary:
£28,000 - £40,000
