Role: Property Renewals Manager

Are you an experienced property renewals manager with leadership skills, good initiative and is used to a fast paced environment? Then this role is perfect for you! Proper Recruitment are assisting one of our estate agent clients with sourcing a Property Renewals Manager for their branch in North London.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships

  • Facilitating tenancy renewals

  • Providing tenancy paperwork in accordance with legislative requirements

  • Maintaining a high renewal rate

  • Providing expert advice

  • Delivering on department KPIs

  • Keeping clients up to date on the lates legislation and any changes to lettings compliance

Requirements:

  • Experience in property renewals [1+ years]

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Enjoy working at a fast pace with high volumes

  • Enjoy working in a target driven environment.

  • Salary:

  • £28,000 - £40,000
