Role: Lettings Manager

Proper Recruitment are proud to be assisting one of London’s largest independent estate agents with recruiting a Lettings Manager for their office in North London. The successful candidate will help lead a team for a well established agency in a family orientated area in the borough of Enfield with a fantastic market share and a healthy portfolio of managed properties.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients

• Conducting market appraisals

• Managing the team in the lettings department to achieve targets

• Providing expert advice to clients

• Support the team and assist with closing deals

• Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends

Requirements:

• Experience in lettings; ARLA a bonus.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to lead a team

• A full UK driving licence

Salary:

The basic salary for this role is £30,000 per annum. With on target earnings [OTE] in the region of £60k - £70k
