Role: Conveyancing Solicitor

An exciting opportunity to join the conveyancing department of a busy law firm in North London. My client is seeking a residential conveyancing solicitor / licensed conveyancer or Cilex Lawyer, able to introduce their own following and manage their caseload within a fee-earning capacity to be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to deal with a broad range of conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion and registration

• Excellent client care skills and follow the office manual

• Ability to work effectively under pressure

• Required to work both autonomously and as part of a team

• Ability to achieve key performance fee targets

  Requirements:

• Candidate must have their own following/clients that they can introduce to the firm

• A bright and enthusiastic individual with good client facing skills

• Experience in running a conveyancing caseload

• Team player and driven

• This opportunity is suited to a driven and commercially minded individual with a proactive and team approach

• At least 2 years PQE within conveyancing

• Dependent on Experience and Following
