Role: Property Solicitor

Proper Recruitment have an exceptional opportunity available for one of London's largest high street Law firms as they search for a residential property solicitor to join their expanding conveyancing team in Camden, London

Responsibilities:

• Ability to deal with a broad range of conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion and registration

• Excellent client care skills and follow the office manual

• Ability to work effectively under pressure

• Required to work both autonomously and as part of a team

• Ability to achieve key performance fee targets

  Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have some sort of following of clients / estate agents

• A bright and enthusiastic individual with good client facing skills

• Experience in running a conveyancing caseload

• Team player

• This opportunity is suited to a driven and commercially minded individual with a proactive and team approach

• At least 2 years PQE within conveyancing

Salary:

• Dependent on experience
