Role: Photographer / Videographer

Proper Recruitment are delighted to be working with a growing independent estate agency based in Essex who are looking to hire a Photographer / Videographer to join their creative marketing team.

This is an entry-level, full-time, office-based position, perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for photography, videography, and visual storytelling. Full training will be provided, so no prior estate agency experience is required.

Responsibilities:
- Photograph and film property listings to highlight their best features
- Edit photos and videos using professional software (training provided)
- Coordinate shoot scheduling with the sales and lettings teams
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual content
- Assist with the creation of marketing and social media content
- Take care of photography/videography equipment and ensure it remains in good working order

Requirements:
- Enthusiasm for photography, videography, and creative media
- A good eye for composition and strong attention to detail
- Basic understanding of editing software such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or Premiere Pro (desirable but not essential)
- Organised, reliable, and capable of managing your own time
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and take direction
- No estate agency experience required – full training provided

Salary:
- £25,000 per annum
