About the Role
Role: Lettings Negotiator
Proper Recruitment have proudly been tasked with sourcing a motivated, go getter on behalf of an independent estate agents who are looking for a lettings negotiator to join their team in North West London.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Conducting viewings and market appraisals
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Providing expert advice to clients
- Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets
- Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends
- Anti money laundering checks
Requirements:
- A keen interest in; [ARLA a bonus]
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- A full UK driving licence | Own Car
Salary:
- £22,000
On Target Earnings [OTE]
- £50k+
