Role: Lettings Manager

💷Basic Salary: £30,000 – £34,000 (inclusive of car allowance)
📈On Target Earnings (OTE): £75,000
🗓️Working Hours: Monday – Friday only – enjoy your weekends back!

We’re proud to be representing a dynamic, established, and growing independent estate agency in North London. They’re looking for a confident, driven, and experienced Lettings Manager to lead from the front and elevate their lettings operation to the next level.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the lettings department
- Drive performance to exceed targets and KPIs
- Motivate and support a small, high-performing team
-Carry out market appraisals and secure new instructions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant lettings legislation
- Maintain excellent relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Resolve escalated issues swiftly and professionally
- Collaborate with senior management on growth strategy and performance

Requirements:
- Solid experience in residential lettings – senior negotiators ready to step up are welcome!
In-depth knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance
- Strong leadership qualities and people management skills
- A target-driven mindset and passion for results
- Full UK driving licence & Own car
- Excellent organisational and communication skills

Salary:

On Target Earnings [OTE]
