Responsibilities:
- Generate new business and win high-quality instructions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and developers
- Conduct market appraisals and provide expert advice to clients
- Negotiate offers and manage transactions through to completion
- Develop your own personal brand within the Prime Central London market
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Experience:
- Minimum 2 years' experience within Estate Agency
- Strong knowledge of the Prime or Super Prime London property market is advantageous
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proven ability to build lasting client relationships
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build your own business
- Well-connected with an established professional network
