Role: New Business Administrator

Proper Recruitment have an exciting Office Support vacancy available for an established Estate Agent client of ours based in Woodford, Essex who are looking for a New Business Administrator.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients, both face-to-face and via phone/email, to understand their requirements and preferences.

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, property prices, and competitor activity.

  • Support the administrative tasks of the sales and lettings process, including preparing contracts, arranging appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience and encourage repeat business and referrals.

  • Social Media Preparation & Company Reviews, focusing on increasing the company’s awareness & image. 

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

  • Proficient IT skills 

  • Full UK Driving License preferable

  • Industry recognised qualifications such as NAEA, NFOPP and ARLA are advantageous but not essential.

  • Strong at timekeeping and time management.

Salary

  • £25,000 - £30,000

Tenure

  • Available for both Full-Time for Part-Time
