Role: Senior Lettings Negotiator

Proper Recruitment have proudly been tasked with sourcing a motivated, go getter on behalf of a well known independent estate agent who are looking for a senior lettings negotiator to join the team in their busy office in Hackney, East London.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients

• Conducting viewings and market appraisals

• Negotiating offers and closing deals

• Providing expert advice to clients

• Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets

• Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends

Requirements:

• Experience in lettings; ARLA a bonus

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Anti money laundering checks

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to work well in a team and independently

• A full UK driving licence

Salary:

The basic salary for this role is up to £20,000 per annum. With on target earnings [OTE] in the region of £35k - £40k
