Role: Principal Designer / CDM Advisor

Proper Recruitment are proud to be recruiting on behalf an architectural practice based in SW London who are looking for a Principal Designer / CDM Advisor to join their Building Consultancy team working on a number of schemes such as residential and new build projects.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing multiple projects

• Design risk management

• Site inspections

• Client facing role

• Building/maintaining relationships with Clients/Project Managers and Principal Contractors

• Principal Designer under CDM 2015

  Requirements:

• Competent technically

• Excellent communicator

• Familiarity with the construction process and RIBA stages

• Proficient with CDM 2015

• 2 years minimum experience within the Construction / H&S Industry

• NEBOSH or H&S Diploma Qualification

  Salary:

• Circa £50,000 per annum
