Role: Project Manager
Proper Recruitment are recruiting for a privately owned boutique developer / construction firm based in Central London who are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team working on a wide variety of different schemes across residential, retail, hospitality, and office fit outs.
Responsibilities:
Assessing tenders
Overseeing multiple projects
Procurement of key items within the project
Creating and managing project programmes
Identifying critical path activities
Production of valuations
Client facing role
Building/maintaining relationships with clients
Requirements:
Competent technically
2-3 years minimum experience
Excellent communicator
Familiarity with the construction process and RIBA stages
Experience in basement excavation and superstructures of new builds and existing buildings
Emergency First Aid Certificate
Experience in full refurbishment of residential properties and commercial fit out of medium and high-end finish
Salary:
£50,000 - £60,000 per annum
