Role: Site Manager

Proper Recruitment are delighted to be working with a boutique Construction firm who are looking for an experience site manager to join their team to oversee high end development projects in Central & South West London.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all sub-contractors and ensuring their work is carried out safely and correctly

  • Attend all site meetings with project management and the design team

  • Identify and purchase all relevant materials or specialist sub-contractors for direct works

  • Oversee all Health & Safety on site

  • Make sure all site regulations are met and liaise with building control

  • Coordinate and plan the Programme of Works

  • Assess any contract variations and valuations

Requirements:

  • Experience working on a construction site

  • Min 3+ years experience

  • SMSTS trained

  • Technical knowledge of all relevant trades - demolition, structural, excavation, mechanical and electrical etc.

  • Excellent Health & Safety Standards

  • Experience with basement conversions a bonus

  • Capable of delivering projects on time, to budget and to the highest possible quality

Salary:

  • Circa £40,000
