Role: Sales Branch Director
Proper Recruitment are looking for an experienced sales manager who is familiar with operating in Prime Central London. This is a rare opportunity to join one of Londons largest independent Estate Agents with their lead a branch and grow the team.
Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
Conducting valuations
Generate new business
Oversee day to day management of the team
Providing expert advice to clients
Leading the sales team to deliver excellent customer service and support with achieving targets
Setting KPI's for the team
Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends
Requirements
At least 2 years managerial experience in property sales
Familiarity with the Prime Central London sales market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong customer service skills
Ability to lead a team
Deliver clear and concise instructions
A full UK driving licence
