As a Recruitment Consultant at Proper Recruitment, you will be the key link between our clients and candidates. Your role is to understand client needs, source top talent, and guide candidates through the hiring process. Key Responsibilities:  


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates  

  • Understand clients’ staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies  

  • Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels  

  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates to ensure a great fit  

  • Manage the interview process and coordinate feedback between clients and candidates  

  • Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth onboarding processes  

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions  

  • Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs


Requirements:  


  • Proven experience in recruitment or a sales-driven environment (preferred but not essential)  

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  

  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities  

  • Proactive, motivated, and results-oriented attitude  

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team  

  • Knowledge of the recruitment industry and current market trends is a plus
